Working 1-2-1 with your teenager, or young person, I will help them to vocalise their emotions, worries, fears and aspirations. We will work together to develop emotional resilience. Working on issues such as Anxiety, Fears, Phobias, Social fears, Sleep problems, Exam worries, School/College stress, Relationship worries, past (or on-going) Trauma, Emotional overwhelm, Body dysmorphia/Body image, OCD and other issues. Your teen will develop a stronger self awareness, gain self esteem and learn ways to self-soothe to enable them to welcome in their futures with gladness, joy and peace.
