About me

I am passionate about hypnotherapy and neurolinguistic programming therapy and their ability to tackle a problem at its very core, in a safe, non-judgmental space.

Whether I am helping a child with anxiety or a couple who have hit a relationship brick wall, there is always a belief at the root of the problem and beliefs can be changed simply using these techniques.

One of the beautiful things about using this approach to therapy is that, for most issues, if you cannot bring yourself to talk about your problem you don't have to, we will still achieve the same positive results.

Having struggled with bullying in school and in the workplace, I developed anxiety around food and body image. I was referred to a hypnotherapist by my GP and it worked wonders for me. That was when I decided that I wanted to train as a hypnotherapist myself.

Teen Therapy

Using a combination of NLP and hypnosis to help create positive mental wellbeing.

Teen years can be a very sensitive time and it’s no surprise that therapists are seeing more teens in their practice. Whatever the problem, a tailored combination of techniques will be used to help find and clear the root cause. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

NLP 4 Kids

Using NLP and play to tackle issues in children.

NLP uses the imagination to access the root cause of an issue. Kids have tons of imagination which is why this technique works so well for them. During our sessions we will use a combination of drawing, play and NLP techniques to tackle problems and help clear them. An adult is required to attend sessions with under 18s.

Couples/Relationships Therapy

Whether you are a couple, friends or struggling within a familial relationship this therapy will bring you back to harmonious balance.

During sessions we will use a combination of talking, NLP and hypnosis to heal wounds and to strengthen your relationship moving forward.

Coffee and a Chat Therapy

There are times in our lives where we find ourselves battling situations beyond our control and we feel we cannot talk about them to those closest to us. This therapy is for those times.

Carrying around a burden of unexpressed thoughts and feelings can be enormously detrimental to our mental health and well-being and it’s important that we are able to resolve any inner conflict to restore a positive frame of mind. During sessions we will just chat. You will be free to offload in a non-judgemental, safe space and, where requested, advice can be given to help you to resolve any issues that arise.  As with all therapy sessions, what is said is completely private and confidential.

Anxiety/Stress/Depression

One-to-one sessions to get to the root cause of the problem and clear it.

During our sessions you will spend some time talking about what’s bothering you and what you would like to achieve from the session. You will then be guided into deep relaxation and a range of techniques will be used to access the root of the issue and clear it.
