Rapid depression treatment is a cutting edge therapeutic program designed specifically to heal and remove symptoms of depression at root cause.
It was created by Donna Akasha, who in her own search to treat her depression she discovered that the cause was repressed emotions and after 20 years of suffering she was finally able to understand how to gently process out what was holding the symptoms of depression in place. She has been depression free now for over 10 years and has helped hundreds of other individuals overcome depression and return to a balanced healthy life.
How does Donna work with clients?
“My therapeutic approach is very gentle and I will start by creating a safe space and help you understand depression or trauma in a way that you may not have had it explained to you before.
When I work with you, we will be looking at clearing symptoms at root cause level, meaning that you can begin to rebuild your life without having to carry the weight of unprocessed emotion and overwhelm.
I will also equip you with a number of tools that will help you manage your own stress levels moving forward so that you can manage stress and develop healthy patterns which is really important to prevent relapse.
I have a big bag of tools and practice a number of different modalities, including talking therapy, coaching, NLP, energy psychology, hypnotherapy and ASM.
The sessions will include talking and exploring your issues as well as cutting edge techniques designed to move or process out the energy or the emotions that are keeping you stuck.
During our first session we will explore and discuss what tools or therapeutic interventions will be most suitable to help you with your specific needs and I can answer any questions for you around how this will work.
I have a very successful track record of treating emotional issues and we can make huge shifts in as little as six sessions.
