About me

I’m Elena,

I specialise in women’s health and fertility from a mind-body-spirt perspective, but I also support anyone wishing to increase their life force energy and connection to self.

I offer reflexology, energy healing, or holistic health coaching sessions, as well as longer programs for fertility support.

I have a background in nursing yet now like to support my clients take a more holistic and intuitive approach to health, combining practical support for the physical body with mindset, energy work and spiritual healing.

Body Soul Alignment Program

A monthly check in with body and soul, goal setting for the month ahead and energy healing to support your intentions. Connect with and nurture your physical body for deeper soul embodiment. Online resources that you can continue to use both throughout and after the program to continue to foster body soul alignment.

Fertility Support Program

In person sessions include reflexology, womb wisdom massage, energy healing and EFT. Also includes online resources: fertility journal, meditations, and resources to use between sessions.

Womb Wisdom Rose Activation

Full body womb wisdom massage with rose oil, facial reflexology, energy healing and rite of the womb.

A 2.5 hour session that will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and restored, with an invitation to activate a remembrance of the next level of your creative power and inner wisdom.

Body Soul Alignment Deep Dive

What may your soul be trying to tell you through the messages of your body? And what does your body need to support the next level of your expansion?

This deep dive session combines energy healing and intuitive health coaching.

Useful at transitional times in your life, or when feeling disconnected, lacking in direction or vitality.

You will leave feeling more balance and aligned in body and soul, with action steps to move forward.

Womb Wisdom / Mayan Abdominal Massage

This beautiful healing full body massage is inspired by Ayurveda and Mayan abdominal massage and combined with energy healing.

It is not only supportive in reducing stress and for hormone health and fertility, it will help you to reconnect to your body, your inner wisdom and creative life force energy.

Energy Healing

This is similar to a Reiki session, in that it is a form of hands-on healing.

The type of healing I offer is Shamballa which is very much about personal transformation, empowerment and supporting a remembering of your own healing abilities. We can work with any intention you would like to set.

During the session clients usually feel a deep sense of relaxation or receive insights.

I also offer training in this modality which can support any business or personal transformation.

Reflexology

Reflexology works with reflex points on the feet to bring about balance. It is a lovely relaxing session that can help with stress, anxiety and insomnia. Many of my clients have found it helpful in many more ways for physical/emotional/mental/spiritual health.
