This 3 hour long deep dive stop smoking session is an intensive session aimed at finding and addressing the root cause of your addiction or habit and then using the tools and modalities to safely reprogram your body and mind to let go of this old habit.

Our bodies are very clever and have an intelligence of its own and if we have used cigarettes as a tool for stress or boredom or social inclusion we teach the body to look for this tool to fulfil the body's needs. We can re-teach our bodies at any stage in life and replace them with new tools that are better for the body and mind.
This session takes a deep dive into the root cause and beliefs holding the addiction in place and helps to replace these old ideas and beliefs with more useful ones, using NLP techniques paired with relaxing hypnosis to help reprogram the subconscious mind. This session includes a recording to take home to reinforce into the mind and also for any relapse occurrences.
