These trauma and stress release beginners level 1 classes are opened to women of all fitness levels.
These safe non contact beginners level trauma informed boxing classes are designed to dissolve stress from the body and create lots of the feel good chemicals dopamine and serotonin which helps the body move back into a state of calm and safety.

A 6 session programme using relaxing hypnotic techniques paired with Neuro linguistic programming and energy psychology aimed at getting to the root cause of your symptoms. Anxiety is the body's warning system trying to alert us to some kind of perceived danger or to pay attention to an area of our lives. When we suppress emotions or don’t assert boundaries we can become anxious, low confidence and low self esteem can also contribute to feelings of social anxiety. A disconnection from ourselves can cause us to feel disconnected from others and these emotions often stem from our early childhood experiences and from the impressions and beliefs that we took on board, our core beliefs and values taught to us by our experiences and the people around us at that time.
