I am a talking therapist for children, adolescents and adults, specialising in neurodiversity.
I offer a safe, caring and confidential space where you can be your whole self and express your true thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement.
This approach to therapy puts you in the driving seat because you are the expert of you.
Everyone is unique and as such I will meet you with an open heart and mind.
This kind of counselling works well for those who are;
• Feeling stuck
• Not feeling heard or validated
• In need of healthy boundaries
• Disconnected or isolated
• Struggling with relationships
• Wanting to feel more confident
• Anxious and depressed
• Holding on to anger
• Unsure of which way to turn
• Ready for change
I have extensive training and knowledge of neurodiversity, including but not limited to autism spectrum condition (ASC) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
I have experience working with depression, anxiety, anger, intrusive thoughts, eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, childhood trauma, racial diversity, disability, domestic abuse, communication barriers and gender diversity.
